The organizer of the giveaway is Institut AllergoSan Pharma GmbH, Gmeinstraße 13, A-8055 Graz, Austria (hereinafter referred to as “Institut AllergoSan”).
Terms and Conditions of Participation
Eligible to participate in the online giveaway organized by Institut AllergoSan (hereinafter referred to as the “Giveaway”) are natural persons aged 18 years or older who reside in Austria, Germany, Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Monaco, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Greece, Malta, or Cyprus (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”). Employees of Institut AllergoSan are excluded from participation.
Participation in the Giveaway is free of charge and takes place exclusively online.
To participate successfully in the Giveaway, participants must meet the following requirements within the specified deadline:

By participating in the Giveaway, the participant confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Only participants who have fulfilled all of the above requirements in a timely manner will be considered when selecting the winner. Among all correct and complete entries, the winner will be determined by random draw. Participation is only possible during the Giveaway period.
Prize
Among all survey participants, we are giving away one year's supply of OMNi-POWER® CARBOTONIC, consisting of 12 × 1000 g tubs.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible participants within five (5) business days after the closing date for entries, excluding the public, and will be notified via a private Instagram message.
Winner announcements are made without guarantee. Cash redemption or transfer of prizes is not possible. Legal recourse is excluded. Any taxes, duties, or travel expenses are to be borne by the winner.
Protecting personal data is a matter of course for Institut AllergoSan. Data will be processed in compliance with applicable laws and will not be shared with third parties. By participating in the Giveaway, participants consent to the storage of their data for the purpose of properly conducting the Giveaway. Participants also consent to receiving emails from Institut AllergoSan in connection with the Giveaway.
Participation deadline: 14 September 2026, 11:59 PM.
The winner will be contacted within 5 days after the participation deadline.
Exclusion from the Giveaway
Content uploaded during the Giveaway period must not violate Instagram’s guidelines, applicable laws, or the rights of third parties, for example through insults, false statements of fact, or infringements of intellectual property rights. Uploaded content must also not be promotional in nature.
Prohibited content will be removed without prior notice. Institut AllergoSan is entitled to exclude such participants from the Giveaway and reserves the right to take legal action. If grounds for exclusion exist, prizes may also be revoked or reclaimed retroactively.
Excluded participants shall have no claims whatsoever against Institut AllergoSan arising from such exclusion where justified grounds exist.
Right to Amend
Institut AllergoSan reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time or to interrupt or terminate the Giveaway or the drawing, in whole or in part, without stating reasons and without prior notice (e.g., in the event of technical issues, legal reasons, or misuse), if proper administration cannot be guaranteed.
Institut AllergoSan shall not be liable for force majeure, continuous availability of the Giveaway website, or other technical disruptions.
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that most closely reflects its intended purpose.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
To the extent permitted by law, Austrian law shall apply, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The place of jurisdiction shall be Graz, Austria.
