1. Cancellation Policy

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal when concluding a distance selling contract, about which we are pleased to inform you as follows:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments that we received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs due to you choosing a delivery method different to the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) immediately and at the latest within 30 days from the date on which the communication on your revocation of this contract is received by us.

If you have ordered multiple products and assert your legal right of revocation in respect of only a part of the products, then you must bear the amount of the shipping costs that would have been due if you had ordered only the products remaining in your possession. We will repay you using the same payment method as the one used by you in the original transaction, unless it has been expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will in no way be charged a fee for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the products or until you provide proof that you have sent back the products, depending on which is the earliest. You must return or send the products immediately and in any case no later than 30 days from the date on which you informed us about the revocation of this contract to:

without undue delay and in any event not later than thirty days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of thirty days has expired.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply if the seal on sealed goods has been broken or removed after delivery.

In the event of a withdrawal, you shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods—this applies both to returns within Austria and especially to returns from abroad; in all such cases, you bear the direct costs of the return shipment.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
