In the following, the masculine form is used to represent persons of any gender.

The organizer of the sweepstakes is Institut AllergoSan Pharma GmbH, Gmeinstraße 13, A-8055 Graz, Austria (hereinafter referred to as "Institut AllergoSan"). 

Terms and Conditions of Participation:

The organizers of the sweepstakes are Institut AllergoSan Pharma GmbH and Institut AllergoSan Deutschland (privat) GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "Institut AllergoSan"). All natural persons with legal capacity who have reached the age of 18 (hereinafter referred to as "participants") are eligible to participate in the sweepstakes; employees of Institut AllergoSan (incl. affiliated companies, medical societies and associations) are excluded. Participation in the sweepstakes is free of charge. For successful participation in the sweepstakes, participants must correctly answer the sweepstakes question and fill in the mandatory fields. Only those participants who have fulfilled all the above-mentioned requirements in due time will be considered when determining the winners; the processing step carried out is inextricably linked to the handling of the sweepstakes. Legal recourse, particularly with regard to the determination of winners, is excluded. A cash payment of the prize is not possible. Among all correct and complete entries, the winner will be selected by drawing lots, to the exclusion of the public. No personal data will be passed on to other third parties outside of the prize handling, unless the participant explicitly agrees to this. Participation in the sweepstakes is possible until July 31, 2026. Winners will be notified by e-mail.

The respective winners will be selected randomly from all participants in the sweepstakes within 3 (three) working days after the closing date for entries, to the exclusion of the public, and notified via private message on Instagram. The announcement of the winner is without guarantee. A cash payment or transfer of the prizes is not possible. Legal recourse is excluded. Any taxes, duties and travel costs are to be borne by the winner.

The protection of data is a matter of course for Institut AllergoSan. The data will be processed in compliance with legal requirements and will not be passed on to third parties. By participating in the sweepstakes, participants consent to the storage of their data for the purpose of proper execution of the sweepstakes. Participants also consent to receiving e-mails from Institut AllergoSan within the scope of the sweepstakes.

Closing date for entries is July 31, 2026, 11:59 PM.

Exemption clause

The sweepstakes is in no way checked, sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram. The sole contact and responsible party is Institut AllergoSan or its Instagram account: @omnipowercom. There are no legal claims against Instagram.

Exclusion from the sweepstakes

The content uploaded during the sweepstakes period must not violate Instagram's guidelines and legal provisions, nor infringe the rights of third parties, e.g. through insults, false factual claims or violations of intellectual property rights. Likewise, the uploaded content must not be of an advertising nature. Prohibited content from participants will be removed without notice. Institut AllergoSan is entitled to exclude these participants from participation and reserves the right to take legal action. If the conditions for exclusion are met, prizes can also be revoked or reclaimed retrospectively. No claims of excluded participants against Institut AllergoSan arise from the exclusion for legitimate reasons. 

Right to change

Institut AllergoSan reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of participation at any time or to interrupt or terminate the sweepstakes or the draw in whole or in part without giving reasons and without prior notice (e.g. in case of technical errors, for legal reasons, in case of misuse), if proper execution cannot be guaranteed. Institut AllergoSan is not liable for force majeure, the constant availability of the sweepstakes page or for other technical disruptions. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid, the legal validity of the remaining terms and conditions of participation shall not be affected. They shall be replaced by a provision that most closely corresponds to the purpose of the invalid provision.

Law and jurisdiction

To the extent legally permissible, Austrian law shall apply, excluding conflict of laws provisions. The place of jurisdiction is Graz, Austria.

A revocation is possible at any time with effect for the future by e-mail to datenschutz@allergosan.at. With my consent, I also acknowledge that this personal data will be processed electronically and manually. This is for the purpose of organizational and professional administration, with a view to future scientific, event and product information, as well as for further marketing purposes. In accordance with the coupling prohibition under Union law, my consent shall only be considered (and separately) as express consent to the sending of electronic mail if the separately implemented "double opt-in" function is set by ticking the corresponding box when consenting to the processing of data for newsletter registration.
