We strive to make our website accessible in accordance with the national Accessibility Act BGBl I 76/2023 as amended, which implements the European Accessibility Directive (RL 2019/882) on the accessibility requirements for products and services.

The content of the technical guideline for accessible web content – WCAG 2.2 – has been implemented and adhered to as far as possible and to the best of our knowledge and belief.

PDF documents are available for download on the website, which are not yet accessible. If you need help with non-accessible PDF documents, please contact meldestelle@allergosan.at. In this case, we will try to provide you with the content in a suitable manner as far as possible.

- Disproportionate burden:

For economic and organizational reasons, it is not yet possible to make older PDF documents and Office documents (etc.) accessible.

The listed incompatibilities with the accessibility regulations are continuously corrected and adjusted.

C)   This content does not fall within the scope of the applicable legal provisions

o   Older documents and content are available on the website that are not accessible. Since these were published before June 28, 2025, they are exempt from the Accessibility Act, and no comprehensive changes are currently planned for them.
