TERMS OF PARTICIPATION AND DATA PROTECTION - POWER GAMES competition
Note:
In the following, the masculine form represents people of any gender.
The organizer of the competition is the OMNi-BiOTiC® POWERTEAM Sports Club, Gmeinstraße 13, A-8055 Graz, Austria (hereinafter referred to as the "Sports Club").
Terms and Conditions of Participation
Eligible participants in the online competition of the Sports Club (hereinafter referred to as "Competition") are natural persons aged 18 or over with residence in Austria, Germany, Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Monaco, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Greece, Malta and Cyprus (hereinafter referred to as "Participants"); excluded are all employees of the Sports Club.
Participation in the competition is free of charge and takes place exclusively online, via the input mask available at www.instagram.com/omnibioticpowergames.
For successful participation in the competition, participants must meet the following requirements on time:
(1) follow the Instagram account @omnibioticpowergames,
(2) tag a training buddy in the comments, and
(3) name an OMNi-POWER® product for training.
By participating in the competition, the participant confirms their agreement with these terms and conditions. Only those participants who have fulfilled all the above requirements in time will be considered when determining the winners. Among all correct and complete entries, the winner will be determined by drawing lots. Participation is only possible during the competition period.

The respective winners will be selected randomly from all participants in the competition within 3 (three) working days after the closing date for entries, excluding the public, and notified via private message on Instagram. The announcement of the winner is without guarantee. Cash payment or transfer of winnings is not possible. The decision of the organizer is final. Any taxes, duties, and travel expenses are to be borne by the winner.
Data protection is a matter of course for the Sports Club. The data will be processed in compliance with legal requirements and will not be passed on to third parties. By participating in the competition, participants consent to the storage of their data for the purpose of proper execution of the competition. Participants also agree to receive emails from Institut AllergoSan as part of the competition.
Closing date for entries is March 16, 2026, 11:59 PM.

This competition is in no way reviewed, sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram. The Sports Club or its Instagram account: @omnibioticpowergames is solely the contact person and responsible party. No legal claims exist against Instagram.
Exclusion from the competition
Content uploaded during the competition period must not violate Instagram guidelines and legal provisions, nor infringe upon third-party rights, e.g., through insults, false statements of fact, or infringements of intellectual property rights. Likewise, uploaded content must not be of an advertising nature. Prohibited content from participants will be removed without notice. The Sports Club is entitled to exclude such participants from participation and reserves the right to take legal action. If the conditions for exclusion are met, prizes may be revoked or reclaimed even retrospectively. Exclusion due to legitimate reasons does not give rise to any claims of excluded participants against the Sports Club.
Right to make changes
The Sports Club reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of participation at any time or to interrupt or terminate the competition or the draw in whole or in part without giving reasons and without prior notice (e.g., in case of technical errors, for legal reasons, in case of abuse), if a proper execution cannot be guaranteed. The Sports Club is not liable for force majeure, the constant availability of the competition page, or for other technical malfunctions. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid, the legal validity of the remaining terms and conditions of participation shall not be affected thereby. A regulation that most closely corresponds to the purpose of the invalid provision shall take its place.
Law and Jurisdiction
To the extent legally permissible, Austrian law shall apply, excluding conflict of laws provisions. The place of jurisdiction is Graz, Austria.
