Right of withdrawal

1. Cancellation policy

When concluding a distance selling transaction, consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal, which we would be happy to inform you about as follows:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.

In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will have to pay you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have) to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.

If you only exercise your statutory right of cancellation with respect to some of the goods you have ordered, you will have to bear the costs of sending them to the extent that they would have been incurred if you had only ordered the goods that remained with you. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier. You shall take delivery of the goods immediately and in any case no later than thirty days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract

to return or transmit. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the thirty day period has expired. We would like to point out that cancellation or withdrawal rights are excluded if, in the case of sealed goods, the seal was damaged and/or removed after delivery.

In the event of a cancellation, you will bear the direct costs of the return; This applies to returns within Austria and especially when returning from abroad; Here too, you bear the direct costs of the return.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

4. Bearing costs

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you as a consumer will bear the regular costs of returning the ordered goods.
