Shipping and Payment

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
The responsible shipping partner is GLS.

Delivery Conditions

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery takes place immediately after receipt of payment.

If goods are damaged during transport, the customer must report the damage immediately to the transport company and file a claim there.

Institut Allergosan Pharma GmbH assumes no responsibility for delivery obstacles that lie within the area of suppliers or manufacturers.
If delivery or compliance with an agreed delivery period becomes impossible due to circumstances beyond the control of Institut Allergosan Pharma GmbH, the company is entitled to withdraw from the contract in whole or in part. In such cases, Institut Allergosan Pharma GmbH will inform the customer without delay.
Claims for damages in such cases are excluded.

 

Payment Conditions

Institut Allergosan Pharma GmbH accepts the following payment methods:
PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), and instant transfer (KLARNA).

When paying by credit card, your card will only be charged after the order has been completed.
Please note: To pay by credit card in the Institut AllergoSan online shop, your card must be enabled for the 3D Secure procedure. For more information, please contact your credit card provider.

PayPal – You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. You must be registered there or register first. After authentication with your login credentials, you can confirm the payment instruction to us. Further information is available during the ordering process.

Instant transfer – The purchase price will be debited from your account upon completion of the order.

Reminder fees for the appropriate collection or enforcement of the claim will be listed separately on the invoice and may be charged starting with the second reminder.
