Conditions of participation in the competition

Note: For reasons of better readability, only the male form was chosen in these terms and conditions, but the information refers to all genders.

The organizer of the competition is the Institut AllergoSan Pharmaceutical Products Research and Sales GmbH, Gmeinstraße 13, A-8055 Graz, Austria (abbreviated to “Institut AllergoSan”). Natural persons aged 18 and over who reside in Germany or Austria (referred to as “participants” for short) are eligible to participate in the Institut AllergoSan online competition. This excludes all employees of Institut AllergoSan. Participation in the competition is free of charge. To successfully participate in the competition, participants must complete the tasks described under the Instagram or Facebook post. By participating in the competition, the participant confirms his or her agreement with these terms and conditions of participation. When determining the winners, only those participants who have met all of the above requirements in a timely manner will be taken into account. The draw decides who wins from all correct and complete entries. Participation is only possible during the competition period.

Profit

The winners will be randomly selected from among all participants in the competition within 3 (three) working days without the public and will be notified by email. The prizes will be sent to the address provided by the respective winner. The winner will be announced without any guarantee. Cash redemption or transfer of winnings is not possible. Legal recourse is excluded. Any taxes, duties and travel expenses must be borne by the winner.

The protection of data is a matter of course for the AllergoSan Institute. The data is processed in accordance with the law and is not passed on to third parties. The participant agrees to the storage of the data for the purpose of properly conducting the competition. Participants who do not provide the AllergoSan Institute with all of the information provided above will not take part in determining the winners. Participants also agree to receive emails from Institut AllergoSan as part of the competition.

Closing date for participation

When determining the winners, only those participants will be taken into account who (i) correctly answered the respective competition question using the entry form before the daily closing date, i.e. before midnight on the respective calendar day, (ii) and (iii) provided the necessary contact details to the institute AllergoSan submitted. Participation in the competition is only possible on the corresponding calendar day. The use of different names or email accounts by the same participant is not permitted. Violations of this can result in exclusion from the competition.

Exclusion from the competition

The content uploaded during the competition period must not violate the guidelines of Facebook or Instagram or legal provisions and must not violate the rights of third parties, such as through insults, false statements of fact or violations of intellectual property rights. The uploaded content must also not be of an advertising nature. Prohibited content from participants will be removed without notice. The AllergoSan Institute is entitled to exclude these participants from participation and reserves the right to take legal action. If the conditions for exclusion are met, winnings can also be subsequently withdrawn or reclaimed. The exclusion, if there are legitimate reasons, does not give rise to any claims by excluded participants against the AllergoSan Institute.

Subject to change

The AllergoSan Institute reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time or to interrupt or end the competition or the draw in whole or in part without giving reasons and without prior notice (e.g. in the event of technical errors, for legal reasons, in the event of misuse), if proper processing cannot be guaranteed. The AllergoSan Institute is not liable for force majeure, the constant availability of the competition page or for other technical disruptions. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid, this will not affect the legal validity of the remaining terms and conditions of participation. It will be replaced by a regulation that most closely corresponds to the purpose of the invalid provision.

LOW FOMAP certification
