The organizer of the competition is Institut AllergoSan Pharma GmbH, Gmeinstraße 13, A-8055 Graz, Austria (hereinafter referred to as "Institut AllergoSan").

Terms and Conditions of Participation

Natural persons aged 18 and over with residence in Austria, Germany, Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Monaco, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Greece, Malta and Cyprus (hereinafter referred to as "Participants") are eligible to participate in the Institut AllergoSan online competition (hereinafter referred to as "Competition"); all employees of Institut AllergoSan are excluded.

Participation in the competition is free of charge and takes place exclusively online, via the QR code shown on the flyer.

By participating in the competition, the participant confirms their agreement with these terms and conditions of participation. Only participants who have fulfilled all the above-mentioned requirements in time will be considered when determining the winners. The winner will be determined by drawing lots from all correct and complete entries. Participation is only possible during the competition period.

Prize:

OMNi-POWER® Champions Bundle worth €323.03

The respective winners will be selected at random from all participants in the competition within 3 (three) working days after the closing date for entries, excluding the public, and notified via private message on Instagram. The announcement of the winner is without guarantee. Cash payment or transfer of winnings is not possible. The decision is final. Any taxes, duties and travel costs shall be borne by the winner.

The protection of data is a matter of course for Institut AllergoSan. The data will be processed in accordance with the law and will not be passed on to third parties. By participating in the competition, participants agree to the storage of their data for the purpose of the proper execution of the competition. Participants also agree to receive emails from Institut AllergoSan within the scope of the competition.

Closing date for entries is May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM.

The competition is in no way checked, sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram. The sole contact person and responsible party is Institut AllergoSan or its Instagram account: @omnipowercom. There are no legal claims against Instagram.

Exclusion from the competition
Content uploaded during the competition period must not violate Instagram guidelines and legal provisions, nor infringe the rights of third parties, e.g. through insults, false statements of fact or infringements of intellectual property rights. The uploaded content must also not be of a commercial nature. Prohibited content from participants will be removed without notice. Institut AllergoSan is entitled to exclude such participants from participation and reserves the right to take legal action. If the conditions for exclusion are met, prizes may be revoked or reclaimed retrospectively. No claims of excluded participants against Institut AllergoSan shall arise from exclusion if there are legitimate reasons.

Right to make changes

Institut AllergoSan reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of participation at any time or to interrupt or terminate the competition or the draw in whole or in part without stating reasons and without prior notice (e.g. in case of technical errors, for legal reasons, in case of misuse), if proper execution cannot be guaranteed. Institut AllergoSan is not liable for force majeure, the constant accessibility of the competition page or for other technical disruptions. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining terms and conditions of participation. A provision that most closely corresponds to the purpose of the invalid provision shall take its place.

Law and place of jurisdiction

As far as legally permissible, Austrian law applies, excluding conflict of laws rules. The place of jurisdiction is Graz, Austria.
