TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION AND DATA PROTECTION - Giveaway

In the following, the masculine form is used to refer to persons of any gender.
The organiser of the competition is Institut AllergoSan Pharma GmbH, Gmeinstraße 13, A-8055 Graz, Austria (hereinafter referred to as “Institut AllergoSan”).
Terms and conditions of participation
Natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Austria, Germany, Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Monaco, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Greece, Malta and Cyprus (hereinafter referred to as “participants”) are eligible to take part in the Institut AllergoSan online competition (hereinafter referred to as “competition”). All employees of Institut AllergoSan are excluded from participation.
Participation in the competition is free of charge and takes place exclusively online via the entry form available at www.instagram.com/omnipowercom.
To successfully participate in the competition, participants must meet the following requirements by the deadline:
(1) Follow the Instagram account @omnipowercom and @crossfitmurstadt,
(2) like the post, and
(3) tag one person you would like to start with in Hamburg.
By participating in the competition, the participant confirms their agreement with these terms and conditions. Only those participants who have fulfilled all of the above requirements in good time will be considered when determining the winners. The winner will be decided by lottery from among all correct and complete entries. Participation is only possible during the competition period.

5x1 race entry for the WTCS World Triathlon Hamburg 2026.
The respective winners will be selected at random from all participants in the competition within 3 (three) working days after the closing date for entries, excluding the public, and notified by private message via Instagram. The announcement of the winner is without guarantee. Cash redemption or transfer of the prizes is not possible. Legal recourse is excluded. Any taxes, duties and travel expenses shall be borne by the winner.
Data protection is a matter of course for Institut AllergoSan. The data will be processed in accordance with the law and will not be passed on to third parties. By participating in the competition, participants consent to the storage of their data for the purpose of the proper execution of the competition. Participants also agree to receive emails from Institut AllergoSan in connection with the competition.
The closing date for entries is February 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM (CET).

Exclusion from the competition
Content uploaded during the competition period must not violate Instagram guidelines or legal provisions, nor infringe on the rights of third parties, e.g. through insults, false factual claims or violations of intellectual property rights. Uploaded content must also not be of an advertising nature. Prohibited content from participants will be removed without notice. Institut AllergoSan is entitled to exclude these participants from participation and reserves the right to take legal action. If the conditions for exclusion are met, prizes may also be revoked or reclaimed retrospectively. Exclusion for justified reasons does not give rise to any claims by excluded participants against Institut AllergoSan.
Reservation of changes
Institut AllergoSan reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time or to interrupt or terminate the competition or the prize draw in whole or in part without giving reasons and without prior notice (e.g. in the event of technical errors, for legal reasons, in the event of misuse) if proper processing cannot be guaranteed. Institut AllergoSan is not liable for force majeure, the constant availability of the competition website or other technical malfunctions. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining conditions of participation. They shall be replaced by a provision that most closely corresponds to the purpose of the invalid provision.
Law and place of jurisdiction
To the extent permitted by law, Austrian law shall apply, excluding reference provisions. The place of jurisdiction is Graz, Austria.
